We currently ship to Switzerland, France, Germany, Austria, Italy, Spain, United Kingdom, United States, Canada, South Korea, and Australia.

🚚 Shipping Options & Estimated Delivery Times

We offer Standard Tracked Shipping for all destinations. Delivery times and costs may vary based on location and weight of the order:

  • Switzerland: 5–7 business days. Economy line (with tracking).
  • EU countries (France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Austria): 7–14 business days. Standard (untracked).
  • UK & Australia: 7–14 business days. Standard (untracked).
  • USA: 7–14 business days. Standard (untracked).
  • Canada & France: 5–7 business days. Economy (with tracking).
  • South Korea: 5–10 business days. Free Standard Shipping.

Note: Handling time is 3–5 business days before shipment.

💸 Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and total order weight. We do our best to offer fair and transparent pricing.
Shipping from Korea can be significantly more expensive for certain countries such as Switzerland or Canada due to lower shipping demand and fewer carrier options.

We are committed to using only the most reliable shipping services to ensure your order arrives safely. In some regions, the most economical shipping method still includes full tracking to guarantee a secure delivery.

🛃 Customs & Import Taxes

  • Switzerland: No import VAT included. Customs duties may apply.
  • France & UK: Customs and/or VAT may be charged upon delivery.
  • Other countries: No additional fees are expected at this time.
