🌿 Return and Refund Policy

🕐 Request a return within 7 days

You have 7 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

• Be in the same condition you received it
• Be unused and unopened
• Include original packaging, tags, and proof of purchase

⚠️ All packaging, accessories, manuals, warranty cards, and certificates (if applicable) must be returned with the item.

❌ We do not accept returns for items that:

• Are damaged, altered, or incomplete due to customer mishandling
• Show signs of wear or use
• Are discounted/sale items or gift cards

📦 How to start a return

To start a return, contact us at shop@k-veglow.com.
If your return is approved, we’ll send you the return instructions and address.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

💥 Damaged or wrong items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

🔄 Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to place a new order and return the original item separately.

💳 Refunds

We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.
If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method.
Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
